Delivery Information

We deliver to all major suburbs of Brisbane, Toowoomba, Gold Coast, and Sunshine Coast areas. Delivery charges apply.

Heads up! *Online exclusives may take 7-10 extra days to ship or be ready for store pickup. 

Please note: Online exclusive orders may experience significant delivery/pickup delays from 10th December to 6th January due to the holiday season.

Brisbane Metro: Delivery within 5-7 business days* for most orders. 

Outer Brisbane Metro: Delivery within 8-10 business days*.

Online Exclusive: Not every model is available to view in store, but ready in stock. Usually leaves our inter-state warehouse in 5-7 business days when in stock. Please plan your purchase in advance.

Australia Wide Delivery: Currently not available, but we can provide you with product box measurements and assist you with pickup from our Sumner store. Contact us for more information.

Store Pick up: Average waiting time is 2-3 days. Most products are available for same-day collection if you place the order before 11am. Due to their limited availability, online-exclusive models may have an extended lead time of 8-10 days for shipping or pickup. Contact us for more details.

For all pickups, please select "Store Pick up" when checking out.

For interstate delivery, courier pickup can be organized from our store if you book your own shipment. Contact us to get the box measurements of our products.

All standard deliveries are to the first entry point or garage door only. Various factors can influence the furniture delivery process. We use several local and reputable delivery partners across the Brisbane region to ensure the best delivery price and the most secure delivery service. Local delivery fees may vary depending on the product size, weight, and destination address. Please contact us for more details.

Courier Delivery

  • Courier delivery does not include unpacking, assembly, or the removal of packaging materials.

  • Delivery is to the first entry point of the building or premises.

  • Customer must show evidence of purchase (debit or credit card) and proof of ID upon delivery of goods.

  • Standard delivery charges apply. Please contact our store for more details.

  • If you are unsure about the delivery parameter on Metro or Outer Metro Brisbane region, please contact the store for more details.

 

Rescheduling

  • Our courier is instructed to always ring the customer before visiting your address. If you miss the courier call, your delivery will be rescheduled to another time/date. Redelivery fee applies, this may take further 5-7 days.

  • When we attempt the delivery and you are not available to receive it, you may ask our courier to leave it at a secure location at your own risk. Alternatively, you may incur an additional fee if you wish to reschedule it to another time/date.

  • Most of the times, we will contact you prior to delivery day to hear your opinion on delivery time/date. If you know that you are not going to be available, please let us know prior to delivery date.

 

Delivery times

  • Delivery times may vary by stock availability and by postcode. Please allow 8-10 extra days for the online exclusive models, as some products may be shipped from inter-state warehouses. Please contact the store for more specific  information.

Products can either be "In-Stock" or "Pre-Order/Back Order"

  • In-Stock products will be dispatched and delivered within 7-10 business days.

  • Pre-Order/Back Order products availability may vary depending upon production time/delivery and our team will contact you once it is available and ready for shipment or pickup.

  • Online Exclusive: Online Exclusive products usually take up to 8-10 business days to leave our warehouse and then delivery/pickup will be arranged within a few days. Please book the order prior considering these factors and plan your purchase in advance.

 

Sale & Online exclusive promotional products may experience significant delay due to a higher order volume. We will endeavor to advise you of the delay where possible.
