Assembly: Some items are shipped flat-packed for safety and require assembly. If you require professional assembly services, please contact our team for a quote.

Import Standards: All imported furniture is fumigated in strict accordance with Australian Customs regulations. We recommend a light cleaning of your new furniture once unpacked to remove any transit dust.
4. Orders, Cancellations & Refunds

Order Preview: We encourage you to carefully review your items, dimensions, and quantities before completing your purchase. Citylife Furniture does not typically offer refunds for changes of mind or cancellations once an order is processed.

Right of Refusal: We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion.
5. Damaged Goods & Claims
We take great pride in our quality control. However, if your furniture arrives with any damage, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. This allows us to resolve the issue promptly with our delivery partners.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Your purchase is protected by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, or to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
