We offer a wide range of furniture in a variety of styles, including modern luxury bed frames, bedroom suites, mattresses, indoor sofas, recliner/corner sofas, dining sets, living room furniture, outdoor sofas, and dining sets. Our furniture is distinguished by its beautiful craftsmanship and functional features, and we work directly with manufacturers to bring unique products to the Australian market at affordable prices.

Who is Citylife Furniture?

 

Citylife Furniture is an Australian-owned and operated online and brick-and-mortar furniture store in Brisbane, Queensland, established in 2017. We are a one-stop shop for all your furniture needs, with a wide selection of modern bedroom furniture, luxury corner/recliner sofas, imported leather/fabric bed frames, mattresses, dining sets, and other living room and outdoor furniture to suit every budget, size, and comfort level. How do I place my order?

 

To place an order, you can either shop online or visit our store in person. When shopping online, you do not need to create an account. However, you will need to provide all of your relevant information in order to finalize your order and make secure payments. Please note that online exclusive products are only available online, and ready stock items will be shipped or arranged for pickup within 7-10 days.

If you are unsure whether your suburb is within our delivery range, please contact the store. Extra charges may apply for delivery to suburbs that are outside of our regular delivery area. Cancellation fees may also apply.

Our website is certified with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer), which ensures that all of your data remains private and secure.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of payment methods, including:

  • Online: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, AfterPay, and PayPal in 4

  • In-store: Cash, Visa, Mastercard, AfterPay, Zip-Pay, Certegy(Humm), and Ezi-Pay

  • Lay-by: Please visit our showroom to book your order

  • Please note that for some orders, you may be asked to show proof of ID and the credit card used to purchase the item prior to delivery. At the point of delivery, the credit card holder will need to be present.

How can I make changes to an existing order?

 

To make changes to an existing order, please contact our store with your order details before your order is processed for shipment. Some changes may not be possible or may incur an additional fee.

 

 

What happens if something I order is out of stock?

 

If an item you order is out of stock, we will do our best to get it for you as soon as possible. We offer pre-orders and back orders for popular items, and we will inform you once your item is available for delivery or pickup. Online exclusive products may take 7-10 days to ship from our warehouse. If you are unsure whether your suburb is within our delivery range, please contact the store for more details.

 

What if the delivery arrives and I’m not at home?

 

If you are not home when your delivery arrives and you have given us permission to leave it at your property, we will leave it in a safe and secure location. We are not responsible for any theft or damage to items after they have been delivered. You can reschedule your delivery for another time for an additional fee.

Can I pick up my product?

Yes, you can pick up your product from our warehouse. Please let us know your preferred date and time at least 3-4 days in advance. Online exclusive products may take 7-10 days to arrive after you place your order. We will notify you of the arrival date as soon as possible.
