All prices on our website are in Australian dollars. Delivery fees vary depending on the availability of the courier and their rates. We will notify you of any other fees before you place your order.

We do not normally provide refunds for orders that are changed or cancelled. We recommend that you carefully preview your order before adding it to your shopping cart.

All of our furniture which are imported are fumigated as required by Australian customs regulations. We recommend that you clean your furniture after unpacking it.

Some products may require assembly. We can assist you with assembly for an additional fee.

You must inform us within 48 hours of any damage to a newly delivered product.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, or to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality.
