We offer two convenient ways to shop:

Note on Online Exclusives: Please keep in mind that "Online Exclusive" items are not available for viewing in-store. These ready-to-ship pieces are typically dispatched or ready for pickup within 7–10 business days.
Do you deliver to my area?
We offer reliable delivery services across the Brisbane, Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast, and Toowoomba regions.

Interstate Orders: While we do not currently provide a direct interstate delivery service, we are happy to assist if you wish to arrange your own transport. Simply contact our team, and we can coordinate a warehouse pickup for your nominated courier.

Delivery Fees: To ensure you receive the most accurate rate, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your specific location and the size of your order.
Can I cancel my order?
We encourage you to choose your new furniture carefully to ensure it perfectly fits your home and lifestyle.

Change of Mind: Please note that "change of mind" cancellations are not available once the applicable cooling-off period has passed.

How can I make changes to an existing order?
If you need to update your order, please contact our showroom immediately with your order number. We can assist with changes as long as the order has not yet been processed for shipment. Please note that certain modifications may not be possible once processing begins or may incur a small administrative fee.
What happens if an item is out of stock?
We move quickly to restock our most popular designs! If an item is currently unavailable, we offer Pre-Orders and Back-Orders to secure your piece from the next incoming shipment.

What if I’m not home for my delivery?
We understand plans change. Here is how we handle deliveries when you aren't available:

Authority to Leave: If you have provided permission, our couriers will leave your order in a safe, secure location at your property. Please note that Citylife Furniture is not responsible for theft or weather damage once the item has been delivered.

Rescheduling: If you prefer to be present but cannot make the original window, you can reschedule for a different date. Please note that a redelivery fee will apply for second attempts.
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Absolutely! You are welcome to collect your purchase from our Sumner warehouse.

Scheduling: To ensure your items are pulled and ready for loading, please notify us of your preferred pickup date at least 3–4 days in advance.

Online Exclusives: As these are shipped from interstate, they generally take 7–10 business days to arrive at our Sumner location. We will contact you the moment they are ready for collection.
